A Day with Desiree

I am inviting you to visit my home studio and spend a day with me! We will be painting fabric, learning some different techniques for creating textures etc.  We will have fun painting fabric, sewing, learning some shading techniques, having lunch, Q&A's, tours and talks about my designs and art quilts. I will give you some tips on how to make your quilts pop. We will have fun creating and visiting with some special shopping opportunities. I will provide all the supplies you need to create some fun painted fabric which we can use to create our special August Mug Rug and other patterns. The spots are limited as we want it to be a small intimate group. I hope to see you here!

I will be providing lunch and snacks during the day. If you have any dietary needs please bring that with you.If the group would like we can go out for dinner together. If possible please bring your embroidery machine with BSS. If you are traveling from a far distance and prefer to not bring your machine we can share machines. Let me know. 

You will need to bring 2 yards of white PFD (prepared for dyeing) fabric.
